Undefeated Soccer Champions!

We ended the Spring Soccer season as undefeated champions, with a record of 10-0.  Although at this age they don't keep score, we as parents and the coach did.  We had a great group of kids on the team and very supportive parents this year.  It was definitely a great experience and something that we will probably do again.  Addison ended the year with a total of 5 goals and she certainly improved each game.  By the end of the season, she was dribbling the soccer ball all the way down the field.  It was wonderful to see her having fun.

Tumbling Show Off

The school year has come to an end for Addison, but before it ended, she was able to show off some of the things she learned in her tumbling class throughout the school year.  Here are a couple of pictures and videos of her showing off!

Salt Lake City Bees

Now that Spring has arrived here in Logan, we have been craving baseball.  Since we can't go and see our beloved Texas Rangers, we have been fulfilling our need for some baseball with the Salt Lake City AAA team, the Bees.  Schreiber has so generously given us tickets to several games where we get to sit in the second row right behind the Bees dugout.  It may not be the Rangers, but its baseball and we are enjoying it.  We've been to several games since the season started.  The kids love to ride on the train, play on the playground, roll down the hills, and of course, eat cotton candy.  Rhyder got so messy one time, that the camera man put him up on the big screen waving.  Addison got to stand on the Bees dugout with the cheerleaders and sing Take Me Out To The Ballgame!  Both the kids have gotten balls from the players and a t-shirt from the cheerleaders.  We are making memories with the kids that I hope they can always remember!

Spring Soccer

Addison has started soccer for 5 year olds and Chad is her coach.  She is having a blast and getting better and better each game.  She has had 3 games so far and scored 2 goals in the last game.  She was so excited and told everyone about it.  They don't keep score in this league, but they have actually won each game.  She is number 18 and they switch colors from orange to blue each week depending on if they are home or not.  Here are a couple of pictures and videos of our girl in action!

Homemade Bread

Because of all the recent events in our country right now, going to buy staples, like bread, in the grocery store has become very difficult....
