This Thanksgiving, we had a wonderful, relaxing time in Utah. We were unable to go back to Texas for Thanksgiving so we were thankful to have some family and friends fly to Utah and stay with us. We had a great day with yummy food, wonderful desserts, great company, lots of football, and a good nap. Our menu - smoked turkey, ham, cornbread dressing, gravy, green bean casserole, sauteed green beans with almonds, asparagus wrapped in bacon, macaroni and cheese, deviled eggs, and cranberry sauce. For dessert we had pumpkin pie, key lime pie, chocolate cake with caramel and heath bar, apple dumplings, and sugar cookies.
