Heaven is a Playground

We have ventured out to the city playground that is about two blocks away from our house.  Addison rides her bike and Rhyder rides along in the wagon or in his stoller.  Today was our second trip there.  Our first trip there, I felt a little out of place.  You could definitely tell that we weren't from Utah.  We were the only ones dressed in shorts, t-shirts, and flip flops, while everyone else was dressed in pants, sweatshirts, and tennis shoes.  Coming from the 100 degree weather in Texas, it felt amazing to us!  Today we tried to fit in a little better and we all wore longer pants, long sleeves, and tennis shoes. 

As I sat on the park bench watching the kids play on the playground and listen to them laughing and playing together, I can only imagine that they feel like they are in Heaven.  I don't think that they would want to be any place else but right where they were.  It was such a joyous noise to hear them.  I believe that there will be that childlike atmosphere with a lot of joyful noise to accompany it in Heaven.  With no other care in the world, just having the time of your life. The beautiful weather and gorgeous green grass with NO STICKERS definitely add to that atmoshere.  I look forward to many more days of playing in the park with these two wonderful children.
