Salmon BBQ
In Texas it's called a Fish Fry, but in Utah it's called a Salmon BBQ! Of course we had to check it out. A guy that Chad works with invited us to come and was able to show us around to see how it all works. He was also the one who makes the butter sauce for the salmon. It was so incredibly good and I might have to say, it taste better that fried fish, but don't tell anyone.
The food was amazing as was the process to feed thousands of people. The workers had an awesome system down. It's always fun to try something new. This was a great experience!
