To get ready for Valentines Day, the kids and I made some hearts out of pink and white yarn, and glue, made from cornstarch and water. I made the glue for the kids and then let them make the hearts. We first layed out some parchment paper and put heart cookie cutters on top of the paper. Next, the kids dipped the yarn in the glue and rubbed off the excess and set it inside the cookie cutter. They filled each cookie cutter and then we let them dry. They turned out really cute.
Welcome to our blog! I'm so glad you stopped by. Our family of 4 have moved all over this country and we made our way back to Texas to be closer to family. Through this blog of many posts and pictures, we want to share our love of Jesus and strive daily to train our children in the way that they should go so they'll never depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6)
