After we saw Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse, I was even more excited to take Addison to see The Nutcracker at the theater. Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse lasted 1 hour and she did great, so I thought she would be ok to sit and watch The Nutcracker for 2 hours. She did do very well for her age. There was an intermission which helped a lot, but overall I was very impressed with my little girl. I don't think she enjoyed it as much as Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse, but she said she had fun. I think the hardest for her was that there was no dialogue. The music was beautiful and the costumes were fabulous. I really enjoyed myself especially getting to spend time with my angel, just the two of us. We might have to make this a Christmas tradition. The lighting was pretty dark so I didn't get a real good picture, and when the ballet started, there was no photography allowed. So this is all I got.
Welcome to our blog! I'm so glad you stopped by. Our family of 4 have moved all over this country and we made our way back to Texas to be closer to family. Through this blog of many posts and pictures, we want to share our love of Jesus and strive daily to train our children in the way that they should go so they'll never depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6)
