We carved pumpkins!
We went to the pumpkin patch at Little Bear Bottoms with a corn maze and a hay maze and pyramid. Addison led us through the corn maze and found our way out. She did a great job. The kids had a blast finding their way through the hay maze and jumping off and on hay bales.
Then we went to Logan's Annual Pumpkin Walk. It was the first pumpkin walk I had ever been to and it was definitely a sight to see. Very cool scenes that a lot of people put a great deal of work into. Everything was made out of a type of pumpkin.

We have had a great time with pumpkins this Halloween season. There are so many ways to use pumpkins and I think we have done and seen many of them.

We were so over joyed to be there this past week and to see how you all have settled in to your new home and town, it sure does make a mom or dad feel so much better about you being up there with so many strangers. We met some really nice neighbors of yours that even made us feel more comfortable to know you are surrounded by Gods people with such kind words to make you feel welcomed. We were also amazed at the beautiful home you've made for yourselves and the scenery you have to keep your mind off of family far away, so much to do and to be entertained by, like we said places like that never get old.
